The Conquest Experience
Have you imagined building a kingdom where every plot of your land remains on the blockchain permanently addressed to you? That's not it, all world building games ever, be it Age Of Empires, Frostpunk, RimWorld, or others, they all come to an end at some point.
But CropBytes Conquest is unique, it’s designed to keep on going forever! And the gameplay evolves with time.
Imagine your troops at the borders of your kingdoms in constant battle for expansion! Something like this would take upto phase 3 of conquest.
There is a world of opportunity when it comes to Conquest. But it all begins with Biomes and land plots.
Make sure to have enough Biomes to stake your claim on the Nova Islands Map!
The Map of Nova Islands:
You have absolute ownership of plots on the Nova Islands as each plot is mapped to a block number on the Polygon chain.
A group of plots create clusters, which then form sectors, all culminating in 7 mega sectors. And you might think that with such a structured map, the number of biomes would be fixed RIGHT?
WRONG!! Biomes do not have a fixed supply!
The Biomes have a dynamic / floating supply! Just as biomes can be created, they can also be destroyed, all without altering the underlying plot of land. This is guided by the principles of the Faucet and Sink model, an economic algorithm designed to ensure the balance of the biome ecosystem.
By carefully controlling the biome supply, we prevent the perils of both inflation and deflation, ensuring sustainability.
Land plotting will start soon! You will start hearing about this in the coming weeks.
By locking in your biomes on a dedicated portal, you'll secure your place on the grand map, laying the foundation of your legacy in the Nova Islands.
In phase 1 of land claiming, we will ensure optimal distribution of plots to ensure you can freely expand your territory without running into enemy territory.

Landscape Biome:
It’s not just about having more plots or a larger territory. Balancing resources is essential for maintaining your territory and having sustainable growth. So it takes strategy to sustainably use your Biomes.
Among the five distinct Biomes in Nova—Water, Forest, Grassland, Rocks, and Landscape—it's the Landscape Biomes that will have you the most amazed.
The landscape Biome lets you construct!
Part of your strategy for growing a territory is to erect structures. Whether it's Housing Units, Lumber Yards, Mines, Markets, or Roads, each construction begins with a blueprint. For example, to create a single housing unit, might require deploying multiple biomes. And as you might guess, upgrading any structure or constructing more complex buildings will demand even more biomes.
Some community members are still on their journey to fully grasp the details shared so far about the interoperability of assets between farms and conquest in the initial phase of the release.
Let’s go over it once more: Biomes are your bread and butter in conquest! And you’re holding on to extracts that are just itching to be turned into Biomes. Utility for extracts drive the economics of CropBytes Farms, and this is your opportunity to put them to great use.

Just hold your badshaws! 🐴 Both the PVP and World Building Gameplay will be amazing, and you will know when you experience it. No amount of information can keep you ready for what you will get to experience. It has to be lived, not analyzed beforehand.
Big Update for Players Facing Challenges with Animal Health! We're thrilled about an upcoming Super Bounty made to aid those who might have taken a break from their farms and are now facing difficulties in reentering due to low animal health.
By completing some out-of-game challenges, you'll have the opportunity to boost your animal health. This is our way of lending a helping hand to farmers looking to make a comeback.
